Edit* if I could give them 10 stars I would. What could have easily surmounted as a service call that would cost $$$, Chris was able to troubleshoot my issues over the phone. He passed up easy money just to keep a past customer happy and obviously a future customer for life.

One of the two garage door torsion springs broke. Thomas was able to be at my house 30 minutes after our discussion over the phone, during a weekend. He replaced both springs and some rollers and verified that the door opener operates smoothly with the new spring tension. I am completely satisfied with his outstanding service.

A few months ago we had an issue with the garage door builder contractor would not repair it and found Blake and Son’s after getting a few quotes and reading review decided to go with them. It was the best decision ever . Chris was amazing and got the door replaced and fixed with in 48hrs after we called him. Yesterday we had a small issue ( not with install) while trying to organize the garage . Called and left a voicemail since it was after hours and Chris called my husband back right away and that they where busy but would have someone out today . These guys came out quick. They didn’t come to upsell, they just fixed our problem and gave advice. Their quote was hundreds less than a national company I got a quote from that tried to sell me the kitchen sink. Very professional and great quality work.

My garage door spring, in use for about 4 years, broke last night. I went to the Home advisor site to look around to see who had the best rating and pricing. I filled out the form and saved the list of Pros to look at later. Tom from Blake & Sons called me that night to see if I needed the door fixed that night. I was impressed that he called me and showed concern for my situation. We talked price and options like single spring vs double spring. I decided to have it done the next morning and set the appointment. Tom, a very personable young man, was prompt arriving at the appointed time. He explained to me what he was going to do and gave me tips to keep my garage door working properly. He replaced the single spring setup, which looked to be older than my 4-year-old house, with a double spring setup which would work better for the size door I have. Thomas finished within the hour and adjusted my garage door opener to perfection. I can’t say enough about my great experience with Tom from Blake and Sons Garage Doors. They are a very professional outfit and I highly recommend them for any garage door problem or just basic preventative maintenance. Ask for Tom, you can’t go wrong.

They were fast to get to us on a Sunday afternoon. They called first and tried to help over the phone but it turned out it needed actual work to be done.
